Rose Hill Inn

What a beautiful Inn! Robin, Rachel and Meghan were so welcoming and friendly. You get several choices for breakfast and they have some wonderful GF options! Can you say GF pancakes and a GF crumble that was a real treat! We stayed in the Library Suite which had a separate living room with a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker with coffee pods. The bedroom was quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable. Linens were so nice and smelled clean, no strong fragrance, just a clean smell. Large walk-in shower. Everything was spotless. The Inn has an interesting story. Be sure to ask Robin about it. The Inn was even nicer than the photos. We were gone on Bourbon tours all day so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor patio and yard but we saw others outside enjoying the beautiful space. We were there 3 nights. The 4 distilleries we visited on those days were all within 10-20 minute from the Inn. Lots of others that we didn't get to. Very convenient if you are doing bourbon tours. We would definitely stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!!

The ambiance at Rosehill Inn is perfect, mixing historic charm with a touch of modernity. This was our third stay, and every time the room has been impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's clear that the owners deeply care about their property. We also appreciate their 48-hour cancellation policy, especially since unexpected things can come up. It's great to have that flexibility.

Really nice room. No problems. Very close to restaurants and shops. Wonderful breakfast. Super nice people. Very helpful with recommendations, etc.

The only issue is that we couldn't stay longer. We will be back in the summer!

Robin and Rachel are well organized and provided thorough information about our stay and excellent recaps of restaurants and things to do in the area. Breakfast was delicious and our room was well outfitted and comfortable. The property is large and the inn is quite charming. We'll return!

We met one of the hosts upon arrival and she was amazing! Kind and informative about the area with great recommendations. I love the unique stay here, the beautiful staircase and vintage style (yet still modern and beautiful) rooms. The shower is immaculate! And the fridge in the room is retro and perfect. I am so grateful we chose to stay here instead of a huge corporate hotel. I love niche spaces like this. Thank you Rose Hill Inn! The fresh roses on the table are the sweetest touch

Stayed here for a girls weekend in December and will definitely return! Really a perfect place to stay!! The room and accommodations were wonderful; the breakfast (especially the bacon) delicious; the location fantastic; and the owners were beyond amazing with communicating/explaining everything and providing recommendations for dining and area attractions. The house was beautiful and the room had everything we could need – really appreciate the water and snacks after a day exploring the area as well as the comfortable bedding! We look forward to visiting again!

It feels like home! Or Better! Room’s beautifully appointed with everything you could think of needing or wanting. Breakfast service with a choice of breakfasts at desired time was very thoughtful Hosts were great - helped with luggage explained the routine and made suggestions for dining and other local attractions! I highly recommend Rose Hill Inn in Versailles KY.

We stayed at a lot of B&Bs during our road trips, so we've experienced good, genuine bed and breakfast accommodations; as well as, faux B&Bs. All bed and breakfasts should aspire to the level of excellence we experienced at the Rose Hill Inn, beautiful, comfortable accommodations, wonderful, personable hospitality and yummy custom made breakfasts. We will be back.
