The location is a bit far from the old city center (30 mins) but not a problem if you enjoy the walk which we did. The check in process was super easy, clear instructions were provided. The apartment location was nice, there were shops and a few restaurants around, right next to a public transport stop which made the city center quite accessible if you didn't want to walk. Super hot water in the shower which saved the day after walking in freezing temperatures for an entire day.

The apartment is not very well isolated, there are drafts of cold air coming through all of the windows. The central heating is also somehow set on a strict schedule so we couldn't properly warm up the apartment which was very unpleasant (it kept resetting in the night to 17 degrees celsius). After spending the entire day in the cold visiting the city (January, freezing temperatures), the one thing you want at the end of the day is a warm place to sleep in. The blankets were also quite thin, not super helpful, we had to layer up with clothing to warm up. We arrived pretty late and the sofa bed was not made, we had to search around the apartment for blankets and sheets ourselves at midnight. We would have really appreciated it if the apartment was already set up for a group of 3 people as it said in the booking. Plus, the main bedroom has a pretty tiny bed, the sofa bed seemed to fit two people better than the main bed. It also seemed like the apartment was not properly cleaned after the previous tenants, there were opened juice bottles and some tomatoes in the cupboard.

The apartment is pretty

Everything. There is no support, they don’t answer the phone. I contacted Booking and they did not helped us. The shower water was not working, so we had to take cold shower on the first night. On the next day, we watched a video at YouTube and solve the pressure problem with the hot water. A problem that happens due to the lack of maintenance. The sofa-bed is HORRIBLE, there is no heater, not enough blankets, cold shower.. this is one of the worse experiences we had and it was very expensive! The Wi-Fi was not working and the heater never worked, we were freezing at the apartment… Anyway, I would not recommend it to anyone. On the next day, they replied us by email(after 18 hours), but when I explained the problem, they did not do anything!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Nothing no heat for whole weekend heating not working WiFi not working telly not working rang all the contact numbers in the guest Information book no one answered me or contacted me at all over weekend ended up freezing for two nights still no contact made or even an apology from the owners

Everything couldn't get In contact with anyone to sort the heating problem or WiFi basically had a crap weekend

The location was fantastic and it’s proximity to transport links, places of interest and local amenities. The bedroom was very spacious and everything we could have needed was provided.

The main living area felt a little cramped at times, however we were a family of three with a dog. The couch although comfortable is very oversized and partially blocks the doorway into the living room, so manoeuvring luggage/bags/buggies/etc. took a bit of thought sometimes. Despite being clean, age related marks/signs of wear and tear were present on the walls throughout the flat, in the kitchen and the bathroom. It is clearly a popular flat and naturally paint work and things will be damaged as time goes on, but for the money you pay to stay there it may not be a bad thing to re-paint and give some TLC to more outdated parts of the property. The rug in the living room also shed a lot of fibres which our dog and baby tried to pick up and eat, so maybe worth replacing.

citynahe Lage, klein und ausreichend, Schlafcouch im Livingroom ungenügend - 2cm dünne Matratze, leider war die Küche nicht sauber geputzt, sehr schmutzige Waschmaschine, es fehlte an Kücheninventar (grosse Töpfe), Eingangsbereich sehr eng (in der Beschreibung mit "wheelfriendly" angegeben, Koffer mussten über die Couch in den Livingroom gehoben werden).

The property wasn’t properly cleaned after the previous guests, the bed sheets were not changed, the mattress was very bad (we couldn’t sleep on it and used the sofa bed)
