No isolation as it’s basically in nature, but okay.

This is the most wonderful place, a real hidden gem. We rented the bamboo villa: a spacious and cosy house, with half open windows. So you have constant fresh air and sleep with the sounds of nature. The garden is amazing, with countless tropical plants everywhere. You wake up early by the birds an gecko’s. There are only 3 houses for rent on the property, so it is very quiet and private. We absolutely loved being here. Kadek and Putuh are incredibly sweet and love to help you. Every day they serve something different for breakfast. And all of it was fantastic. They know several drivers and have their own brochure with tips for activities. We did a really cool and interesting jungle walk at Alit Trekking. And Mus, our driver, also helped making this holiday the best ever. Thank you all so much! Nele and Erik.

My room turned out to be this charming cottage with an open air kitchen downstairs, and a cozy bedroom, balcony and outdoor shower upstairs. I also had what looked like my private pool! Breakfast was served at my balcony overlooking the garden. I loved how well appointed the room was. There were many shelves, hangers, multiple towels, books. It felt at home.

Beautiful tropical garden in one of the nicest parts of Ubud. Away from the crowds but close enough to reach everything. Would recommend renting a scooter to get around. We loved the pool and the breakfast. The hosts were really sweet as well.

I completely fell in love with Bali FireFly BnB, for numerous reasons, and have recommended all my friends to stay there. My room/ villa was very comfortable, clean, cool, peaceful and simply luxurious. I loved feeling surrounded by nature and looking onto the most beautiful swimming pool. The BnB is so perfectly located with great restaurants in walking distance, and yet I never wanted to leave because of how happy I was in my villa! The BnB makes excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. I tried as many of the recommended restaurants as I could and also got a massage! A extra special thanks goes to Kadek, who is very kind and generous and makes the most delicious breakfasts. He made me feel so at home.

The place is nice although a bit unclean.

Lots of mosquitoes and even snake. Please don't get involved in their other activities like trekking or cooking course if you don't want unnecessary trouble or unpleasure~

I have stayed in numerous places around Penestanan but this really tops it by far. I realize that, for me, to be away from the bustle of the main street, yet still in walking distance allows for much more tranquility - and that is what Bali and particularly Ubud is about. The garden next to the rice paddies was a refuge for the soul and allowed for real relaxation. The breakfasts were way better than what most places offer - inspired and fresh daily.
