The breakfasts were exceptional, beautifully prepared vegetarian meals which the contents/recipes were fully described each day, which was interesting.

My joglo was at the bottom of the garden and seemed to be in some sort of internet shadow, connection was infrequent. The connection from the restaurant at the top of the hill was excellent and the owner had no problem with me phoning from there, so no problem. It would be a problem for someone who had difficulty managing stairs.

Location is close to very good, affordable and tasty restaurants. Caretakers were very responsive and took care of us. Food was exceptionally great, no noise but only the sound of the birds and nature. Cadek (not sure if I spelled his name right, and Putu (his wife) took care of us very well. Will definitely come back and stay here again when we get the chance to visit Ubud. The place has a booklet with a list of activities, it also includes a list of very nice and helpful people that helped us through our journey while we were in Ubud, and very priced fairly I would say.

Limited options for food, personally we don't mind it but for people who prefer a different meal should have options.

We stayed in the small treehouse-like bungalow and it was absolutely amazing! It might not be as luxurious as other villas, but it has everything you need, including a small pool shared with another cottage. We were so in love with the garden, the tranquility and the lovely family who manages the BnB. Breakfast was different every day, freshly prepared and delicious - so, if you are after a magical stay, go for the treehouse!! It even has a tiny outdoor kitchen with a kettle, fridge and stove. We were so sorry to leave!

Staff, the location very peaceful and far from the crowded city of ubud. Completely immerse in the nature, perfect for who search a peaceful and a calm place.

Breakfasts were amazing, the staff were super friendly. My room was like from an ancient epic and made me feel like a prince.

The wifi in my room was intermittent at best.

Eveything about this property was enjoyable! The location is on a road that can only be accessed by walking or scooter. The road itself is fun and interesting (don’t make a wrong step 😉). Once we walked onto the property it was mesmerizing! There are (I think) 4 bungalows, and they are all private. The private terrace is soo cozy! I spent nights sitting and listening to the wildlife. It even made me cry one night. The sounds of different nature, the peaceful setting, and just being was serene. The room itself is cozy. Bed is nice! And my FAV part of the room; the bathroom 😍 I’ve always wanted an outdoor shower and toilet. And I was beyond perfect. While doing our bathroom duties we were watching a frog hop in the plants, or heating the many sounds of nature, and slightly feeling a bit on guard (hahaha) but the calmness over took me. We had one scary (surreal) moment when a snake was found twirling in the upper wooded banisters in the ceiling, while I was taking this calming shower. It freaked me out, but I was quickly reminded that I chose a place on a rice field, in the jungle, and an open air place. The snake was leaving since he doesn’t like light. We told the owner right away and he was sooo nice and reassuring. They even checked the room the next day while we were out to make sure it wasn’t back at night. I appreciated their care, empathy, and overall soothing nature. The owners have two small boys and they are darling! If you come with kids around the 7 and 9 range, they will have playmates. My other FAVORITE part of the property was having breakfast. There is a little hut (garden bungalow) to enjoy breakfast. It was out of this world soo cool! And that was the cherry on top for me. I highly recommended booking here, rent a scooter, and explore!

Nothing! Absolutely nothing! They have been the property care takers for 20 years and the owners live elsewhere; this place is immaculate!

Gorgeous property in the rice fields, lovely garden, beautiful breakfasts each morning. Kadek helped get me lift to airport at short notice which was helpful.

Hot water wasn’t working in my room for the three nights I was there - I’d be been travelling for days and desperately wanted a shower and to wash my hair. Didn’t seem to be much hurry to fix (usual guy not available) but didn’t try anyone else or offer me a shower in another room and didn’t seem to recognise this was very inconvenient to me (ubud was not warm, so a cold shower wasn’t pleasant). Otherwise it was a good stay.

Very good breakfast and super hospitable host. Can recommend for people who want a jungle experience a bit outside of central Ubud
