No 13 Georgian Shared House - By Clifton Short Lets

Nothing except location

Room is so noisy and upon checking manager told it is is Georgian house so we cant do that, even chair moving sound from next room you can hear easily.

The price was excellent. Kitchen facilities excellent, with fridge space and a cupboard numbered for your room. I'm conflicted how to rate this as I'd definitely come again but I found several aspects made me very grumpy.

Even though I'd seen it in another review, I forgot to take towels. None are provided, only bed linen. They have scope to say so at time of booking, so I wish they would. (Made me wonder if they are saving hot water by making it harder to shower 😂😂). There was no loo on the same floor as my room, which surprised me, I don't know why. There isn't just tight parking, which was mentioned, but there is nowhere I could safely stop to unload or using a disabled badge. I would have liked a lamp I could turn off from my bedside. The welcome information was a little bit hostile, claiming seething like "all guests will be responsible for missing items" if a burglary followed from a door being unsecured. That I think would be unenforceable...

The location was convenient and the house looked decent from the outside

Several bedroom doors were locked and wouldn't open. Although the emergency line eventually sent someone to fix it, the response took too long. By the time they arrived, the stressful situation had already caused arguments and completely ruined our evening. Some friends in our group couldn't wait any longer and had already left, forcing the rest of us to leave with them. The issue destroyed our plans and our stay, despite the late fix

Dobra lokalizacja, kilka minut pieszo do nadmorskiej promenady. Niezwykle wygodne łóżko, do dyspozycji czajnik elektryczny, kubek, talerze, sztućce, umywalka w pokoju. Duża kuchnia i.pralnia do wspólnego użytkowania.

Brudno w pokoju dziennym, który notabene prezentował się bardzo ładnie

Excellent location for travel network was able to access everything I needed using public transport.Comfortable area to take an evening stroll.

Next time will arrange a lower floor.But liked the character of the building.

The room/beds was comfortable.

Toilets were the difficult part. No towels were provided.
