the rooms were old and dirty

I stayed in the lodge. The room was in good shape. The bathroom needed an update. A good feature is the water park.

The staff is always accommodating and allows us to check in early year after year. The rooms are in excellent quality. They are very informative at the front desk about events, tours, shuttles, ferries. Always a pleasure to stay there.

Was very dirty, layers of dust behind nightstand when plugging something in. Mold in bathtub around safety bars and around floor near tub. No towels or washcloths in room. Tv did not work in 1st room, so had to be moved.

Good location

SUCH a friendly and hard working staff but a tired property in need of repairs. While the room smelled of bleach, the overall cleanliness was not quite up to expectations

The reviews on Google are different than the one’s on Expedia.

This is a ghost hotel sub-brand of a log cabin collection. There’s no signage out front.
