Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive

The outdoor daytime snack bars where very disappointing, poorly organized and food was ice cold rare hamburgers and hotdogs.

This hotel is VERY mediocre- spacious rooms- but had horrible smell. Pool area is great and service staff at pool were awesome. The front desk staff were grumpy and unhelpful. I waited 2 days to get towels in the room. Buffet was average. Specialty restaurant took almost 2 hours to bring a plate of pasta to our table. They took 4 days to respond to an email inquiry. I think they are understaffed and the staff appear unhappy. I would not stay here again. So many other options for the price.

Excellent place to stay for vacation very good service food excellent.

Everyone was very nice made my stay super relaxed the only thing I was kind of a little disappointed was that I wasn’t able to get a dinner accommodations any of the 2 nights I stayed the guy at that desk didn’t Help me at all so i recommend you to call a day or 2 before so u could have those made before

Este hotel tiene muy buena relación calidad / precio. La comida está buena y el precio no es muy elevado.

We stayed at Hocienda

Lots of flies in the buffet area, my room was not mop when we arrive. The food was ok, not too many choices, the wait time for Talavera and Illformaggia was too long.

They host loud parties and recreation staff with microphone at pool all day, you can’t rest. The silence comes after 1030 PM only Food is very basic, lots of pepper and spicy

The worst check in experience at front desk

The guys at reception, need much improvement, they are slow, slow slow, it took them 2 hours to check us in, one of them was very rude and disrespectful to us.
