Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes WTC

I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious, well-designed, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and everyone made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to transportation. It made exploring Mexico City simple and enjoyable.

Excellent service at the Hyatt Insurgentes. I’ve been there 3 of the past four weeks and everyone is extremely helpful. Would like to highlight Raul and Rodo in the lounge…and Paolo in the main level restaurant/bar area.

The location is excellent in one of the top neighborhoods in Mexico City and has so many options for eat outside the hotel too.

Besides its brand new it has some things that need to be updated or replaced.

Love this hotel. Clean and extremely well managed. The staff is helpful and I have stayed here for two business trips. We will keep using this hotel.

I had a great stay overall! I loved the modern look and feel, it was a comfortable and seamless experience mostly. Good location–lots to do in the area, though I still had to Uber a lot to see the landmarks. Staff was very attentive and polite, and their WhatsApp contact was very convenient. I asked Concierge via WhatsApp if they could help find a power adapter for me, and they did. My room on the 14th floor was enjoyable. No noises that bothered me, really. I think you can faintly hear cars honking but was no issue for me, didn’t notice most of the time. Loved the layout and the furnishings on the modern side. A couple of things that weren’t the best: - Since it’s recommended to use bottled water and not tap water for drinking, brushing your teeth, etc. I would have expected more than 3 small bottles of water (including the bottle for the coffee machine) to be available every room refresh. - I found nail clippings in the lounge chair when I got to my room, which, you know, was gross. Otherwise the room was spotless so I guess it was just a small slip-up. The Regency Club (included with my rate) was a great place to start my day with a strong breakfast and then refreshments throughout the day. I thought it was only breakfast at first, so that was a pleasant surprise. So, overall, a really nice place to stay. Came for the Ye concert at the Plaza de Toros and to see what I could of Mexico City, and this hotel made improved the trip for me, especially with the Regency Club access.

The hotel was in a great location and only 40 mins to the airport despite traffic. I was impressed with the room and the amenities available. The gyms was very nice and every place was super clean and tidy. The service was top notch and I only wished I would have tried their dinning options.

-quiet location(sat/sun) -decent gym(free weights, cable station, cardio) -great breakfast buffet(birria!)
