Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes WTC

The hotel is located in a great location near restaurants, cafes, shops and easy to catch an Uber. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel decor looks stunning and the City View Room was amazing. I enjoyed my stay and was able to relax. The breakfast food tasted delicious!

Breakfast starts 6:30. I have to leave at 6:30 and asked the TO-GO box in advance. But the restaurant is not ready and decline my request in the morning. Disappointed.

The staff at the restaurant is great. The food is very good. The view is ad hoc.

The sliding doors in the bathroom, and the bathroom distribution is not ideal. The size of the room is smaller of what it used to be. Not a hot tub in the bathroom.

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes was outstanding, primarily due to the truly terrific service provided by the staff. While the hotel is beautiful and well-appointed, it was the personalized attention and genuine care from several team members that turned a simple trip into a memorable experience. I must specifically commend the housekeeping team, particularly Oskar, whose service was exemplary. The room was consistently immaculate, and the attention to detail from Oskar and the rest of the cleaning staff was noticeable and greatly appreciated. They ensured everything was perfect and always had a cheerful and professional demeanor. Furthermore, the assistance provided by Edgar and Alan in the lobby/front-of-house area was invaluable. Getting Ubers in a busy city can sometimes be challenging, but they handled this process flawlessly, making sure my transport was secured quickly and efficiently every time. Beyond logistics, both Edgar and Alan were genuinely proactive, consistently checking in to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their constant vigilance and readiness to assist, always with a smile, exemplified five-star hospitality. The dedication of Oskar, Edgar, Alan, and the entire staff made this hotel experience truly stand out. Their commitment to guest comfort and satisfaction is what defines this Hyatt Regency, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Great location. Great staff. Great brrakfast Rooms with good space.

First time in my life I have been charged >120 dollars just to do an early check in, normally if the room is available, the good hotels adds the value of early check in at no cost, but not in this case despitr being a Hyatt.

No hay opciones variadas para cenar y el bar no esta en servicio ni se pueden comer platos para picar allí. Por lo tanto si decides quedarte en el hotel no hay muchas opciones, para mi que viajo sola es clave.
