Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes WTC

The location of this hotel is by far the best. You have many plazas, restaurants, and banks right below your building. The bed is to die for (if you like a soft feather top). However, don't use their person chofer they offer to take you to places. A $150 peso Uber ride with their driver cost me $1,100 pesos (I know it is always going to be more with this option but not, that high). Carlos the bellboy is so truly incredibly nice, while the front desk two women could use some care in customer service. The walls are paper thin, unfortunately, while traveling with my two children I was woken up to a couple next door have a fun time as I am sure later that day they heard my 2 year old screaming bloody murder. There are also weird cut outs of the walls and ceiling in the room and bathroom that disturbed me as if someone could see us. Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel. Needs a little TLC but the location and breakfast were really great!

que el personal me engañara, la señorita de recepción y de call center siendo cliente, me ocultaron sus nombres, mencionando 3 nombres distintos para la misma persona: Madelin, Belen y Magali. Es lamentable que un gran hotel como el hyatt tenga personal asi que se burla de sus huespedes. Fue una estadia ok que podria haber terminado bien y terminó con un pésimo sabor.

Todo estuvo excelente pero sobre todo la atención en general en el hotel y en especial en recepción y el restaurante. El mejor lugar para estar cerca del WTC sin duda. Regresaremos.

I had prepaid my reservation in advance, yet I was charged regardless, and I had to request a refund to recover my payment. Furthermore, I had requested an upgrade with a superior view and a king-size bed, for which I was charged $175.00; however, I received the worst view in the hotel, and my request for a king-size bed was denied, with no effort made to provide a better service. I do not recommend this Hotel and I highly recommend you to make sure they don’t double charge you for the stay
