Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes WTC

We did the reservation by mistake to mexico and we ask them a day before for a refund they won’t accept and we ask them to get first night and cancel the rest they didn’t accept

Cleaning staff was wonderful and attentive. We had a great time with amazing service from everyone. Would 10/10 recommend this location.

It was a good experiences, staff is friendly, please note : they have 2 hyatt regency in mexico city be sure you get the one you expected, I did not check the map carefully so i end up to the one that not what i hope for but they still great

Excellent property. Truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was always ready to assist in any way possible. The area has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well. Rodoflo at the Regency club took excellent care of us each morning and David and Edgar at the lobby were always looking out for us and seeing if we needed anything. David anticipated several of our needs and was proactive.

Es un lugar nuevo, tarifa justa, súper céntrico, buenas opciones para desayunar comer y cenar alrededor y en el mismo hotel. Definitivamente muy recomendable. Servicio, rapidez y tranquilidad.

Muy buen hospedaje aunque por la noche se escucha mucho ruido de la calle. Mucho que mejorar en la comida aunque el servicio es impecable de todo mundo
