Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes WTC

Great hotel, excellent customer service. Truly outstanding, not sure if it was because I'm a Globalist or not but I was blown away. I had a problem with the internet in my room and they very quickly got me in another room with a router in it. I told the man, whose name I wish I had made note of, that “it doesn’t need to be perfect, I’m not psycho about internet speed, I just want to be able to check my email” and without missing a beat, he said “well we’re psycho about customer service, so if you don’t mind just waiting a couple more minutes, we’ll have another room ready for you.” Wow!!! The Globalist representative, Raul, is phenomenal, so friendly and helpful and remembers everyone’s names somehow. Just amazing. I would absolutely stay here again, and plan to. I loved the convenient location, right on the Metrobus line.

Habitación grande , cómoda , lo único que no me gustó es que no hay espejos de cuerpo entero , y que se filtró un poco de agua por la lluvia . Falta también basurero para el tocador .

The worst Hotel I ever stayed

Me encantó hospedarme aquí. El estilo minimalista transmite tranquilidad desde que entras. El personal te hace sentir como en casa, y eso da confianza para relajarte y concentrarte en el trabajo.

Excelente habitación. Muy limpia. El personal muy amable y servicial.
