The breakfast and the attention of the service personal was outstanding. The windows were absorbing the entire traffic noise so it was really quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The gym was great.

The shower had water volume and temperature on the same knob, which felt like a waste. It was impossible to shower warm with little water.

Room was not ready at all (original room, not upgraded) on check in, all the way until 5pm. Rest was ok. Restaurant has limited option. Only thing I like is the view at the club lounge & the mister that was working there in the evening when I was staying (on rotation).

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure I felt welcome. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I left with only positive impressions and would gladly return. I’d definitely stay here again — highly recommend!

The hotel is very central and new, the front desk staff is great, Jesús, the Restaurant Manager, is incredible, he took great care of us. The rooms are spacious, modern, and functional, the STAFF IS INCREDIBLE, definitely highly recommended. Plus, there are many restaurants within walking distance and it's right in front of the WTC convention center, everything is spectacular. Without a doubt, it will be my place to stay in Mexico City.
