Keypad to enter building didnt always work

Living room kitchen area was lovely

Bedroom so small we moved to a different hotel. Elevator filthy.

The apartment was nicely laid out, clean and perfectly located for us. Everything worked well from the coffee maker to the washer and dryer.

The only drawback was the noise from the next door Walnut Garden (which we were aware of from reviews). If the windows were double pained it might decrease the noise that comes through. It would also help with the apartment temperature. A few nights of our visit were chilly and the cold coming in through the windows did not help!

It was next to a beer garden a large beer garden and it was loud

The location is good as it’s right in the centre and near everything you need in Rittenhouse. The staff were responsive and the bed was comfortable.

The standard apartment was very sub par for the price. The building is right next to a beer garden which plays exceptionally loud music till gone 10pm. Which I appreciate is out of the control of the property but the sound proofing is very poor. I have stayed in many places in centre city and it’s a busy and noisy place but the sound proofing makes it quiet. The apartment was in a very shabby and grubby condition which the photos do not show. There were stains all over the chairs and bench. The walls were heavily marked. The paint in the bathroom next to the window is crumbling off and the sink was not fitted properly to the wall. The photos give an indication of a clean and modern flat and the reality was different. The hallway of the property as you come into the building is also very shabby. Which didn’t give me confidence for the apartment. For the price it’s not worth it and I have stayed in more superior places in the city for the same price. Will not be staying there again. In fact I checked out after a couple of nights as the noise was so bad I couldn’t sleep.

It was great spacious clean, and in a good location.

There was absolutely nothing we did not like
