Great location and easy access

Floors need a good cleaning

A very clean, bright apartment with easy access (once you complete the online checkin process). The apartment had all of the supplies we needed for a nice stay. There's a small washer/dryer, which was really nice. It's convenient to everything in center city.

We rented the Standard Apartment. It overlooked a courtyard with a beer garden, but that was no problem. It is probably a quieter choice than the ones facing the street. In the Standard Apartment, there is no real sitting area; the dining table was surrounded by chairs and a bench but there is no sofa. I wish the TV was in the main room and not just the bedroom.

Lack of any pictures, wall art, or decor items really made the place seem ‘stale/corporate”. Spend a little money and decorate the place - it will make a big difference.

Everything; location location location!

The location is excellent as it is right off Rittenhouse Square near restaurants and shopping.

The bathroom needs a refresh. The bathroom door is warped and difficult to close. The water pressure was not great and the shower head needs to be replaced. The sliding glass door to the shower kept opening on its own.

Room was exceptionally clean and had all the fixings of a small city apartment. Location to rittenhouse square was perfect as we travel with our dogs so we were able to enjoy many walks in the park.

Only downfall for us was the parking. You can’t park out front of the building during checkin time to unload. I didn’t realize this a head of time and received a ticket as I was inside trying to get my belongings and my dogs situated before moving my car. There is a sign it’s just very inconvenient. But that’s Philly for ya
