Sosuite at French Quarters - Rittenhouse Square

Es war alles gut und sauber. Ausstattung gut. Einzig die Auskunft über die Parkmöglichkeit war falsch. Es gibt keine Zugehörigkeit des Parkhauses zur Unterkunft. Auch die und genannten Preise waren falsch. Es gibt aber einige Parkhäuser in der Nähe ab 40$ bis 55$ 24 Std.

Lovely apartment very spacious for a one bedroom.

When you came in the hallway very bad smell throughout the shared space. once in the apartment you couldn’t smell it

Good size accommodation, if you're coming into town for a 'weekend of fun' this is perfect. Nicely appointed with tasteful furniture, good size rooms. Best accommodation for this price in the city

Noise level noticeable as it overlooks bar next door (only if you sleep early) Noticed earplugs & sleep noise machine to mask it. Signage for room location could be clearer Cream sofa in kitchen / living area was a chic design but slightly dirty

Location was great except it backs up to a noisy alley. Trash truck noise at 3am

The noise from the alley, the bar next door wasn't a issue as much as the trucks that were just outside the bedroom

I made a non-refundable reservation based on the photos, location, and my trust in Booking. When I arrived, I found myself in a back room on top of the dock; there was noise day and night. I had trouble getting in; getting service; I couldn't sleep for three nights: trash removal; bathroom noise; dumpster removal... the shower is bad and the entrance smells of mold and dirty carpet. I await a refund of my reservation, as well as a request for them not to sell something misleading to other consumers. I sent a request for help to Booking, was ignored, and to SoSuites, who said they would escalate the matter.

The building is conveniently located in the heart of Philadelphia. Check-in/out process is smooth

The kitchen was not usable because the water was disconnected. The wifi passcode was not communicated in the check-in instructions. The apartment is loud, not only because of the neighborhood, but mostly because of the fridge and AC.

I loved that it was an actual apartment in the heart of a great area. It was very clean and comfortable. Well appointed. I loved the Beekman products too.

Only complaint that I had was the television kept confusing the signal with another unit in the building. It kept kicking me off and showing me what some guy was watching on YouTube. It also spontaneously came on after I had shut it off.

Property was in one of the better areas in Philadelphia although the building in the adjacent lot was torn down and is now an outdoor bar/gathering for drinks/food, which made it quiet noisy at night.

Getting in via cell phone only (no one worked in the building) was a complete disaster and we waited outside for 30 minutes with luggage and family on a busy street while we tried navigating their portal to upload photographs, ID, and additional information and then pay a $20 damage waiver fee which could have simply been collected at the time of reservation days before. This felt like a shakedown since they would not provide us with the access code for the apartment unless this fee was paid for - which to date (3 days later) has yet to be returned. Things did not improve from there. The apartment was nice; however, right before bed, we noticed this large cockroach crawling near the baseboard and had to kill it. This disturbed all of us and we had trouble sleeping and had to close all of our luggage and bags and place them on top of the table to prevent any bug infestation.
