Convenient location

Someone could have come into my room to clean it before I returned from work for the second night. Clearly this did not happen. If you advertise breakfast at 7.30, it should be available at 7.30 not 8. This is too late for most people who travel for work.

The hotel had been recently refurbished and the communal areas were light and bright. Breakfast was very good. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

We had a wet room for a bathroom which I didn't really like and the stairs were also quite steep to the room.

Lovely staff, great room, lovely dinner

Someone tried to get in the room at midnight, but key didn’t work so went away. The room was up a staircase on its own so it was strange. No staff on site overnight just guests.
