The Carpenters Arms

The room were fine and clean liked the needle point wall hangings etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Good restaurant lay out and very modern.

Too much sourdough bread. A choice would have been better.

Fantastic decor and hospitality. Faultless. Everyone was super accommodating and I was made to feel most welcome.

Room was a bit small (but good for the price).

Absolutely love the decor and quirkyness of the interiors. The staff are very professional and friendly. Rooms are also unique. Restaurant service lovely. Food a bit slow and a bit expensive for what was presented. Work needed here to catch up with the rest of the levels. Only concern, apparent safety light in bedrooms too bright. Never seen these in hotel rooms?

great decor and the food was delicious and I would love to stay again. Breakfast was wonderful - vegan avocados on sourdough. great start to the day.

The friendliness of the staff; comfortable room; near to where I wanted to be; handy for the Cambridge park and ride.

the big bedside lamps that took up all the bedside table room and didn't give good light for reading; potholes in the carpark; noise from the bar; low beams that my husband bumped his head on (despite warning signs).
