Fab decor, staff were lovely.

Needs a lick of paint and could do with a bigger shower head.

Style, decor, menu all good. Lovely to have Adnams on cask and Copper House for a G&T. Bathrooms were good Bed and Pillows especially perfect

No milk in the room x 2 nights, its boring to ask and then not get the next night either. Coffee machine was a trickle of coffee, no idea what went wrong. Breakfast downstairs was good.

Breakfast was good.... evening meal was average...fish and chips over cooked

Bedroom was smaller than expected too hot in there...shower constantly dripping and sink was blocked!

The restaurant/bar was really modern and comfortable. The breakfast was great and plenty of choice. The room was very nice although a little dark but coped. The down side was there was no hot water for a shower either in the morning or evening. The other thing missing was biscuits to go with the drinks and our tea bags was never replenished so went without. We could have gone downstairs and asked them to be replaced but other places we have stayed at they are replenished daily. The positive though is that ‘real’ was offered instead of UHT 👍

Hot day so room was very warm but small fan helped, thank you. Thank you for email with receipt but not sure why you think i owe you for a drink.... it was part of your meal deal offer !
