The location was good,, walking distance to most of the places we wanted to go. Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.

Could have had pastries for breakfast, like croissants.

After having a failure booked on the same day, I had to check in and out within 10 minutes from my booking before I will go to Marlborough. I had a long travel and long day, I was so tired and I didn't knew what to expect when I booked the room with them.. I found the staff to be warm welcoming and the room was spot on! Nothing everything was perfect.

Blood on the blankets. Foul stench in the room. Boiling hot too.

Beds were lovely.

Bathroom could be cleaner. Breakfast very disorganised, not enough room. Wasn't fussed on the choice on offer.

The staff is very welcoming and available to accommodate extra requests, such as late check-in, earlier breakfast . The place is very clean and well located

Unfortunately walls are a bit thin, so at times you can hear other guests at night. This is not a major inconvenience because the noise is not too much anyway, but unfortunately being light sleeper it wasn't ideal
