Not too many stairs to get into the building. Stayed on the 1st floor apartment. Very clean.

Just one blanket in the apartment and not enough towels for 2 nights. Street parking is about $5/2hours. The free parking is far for senior citizens. Luckily I got a scooter that was close to the parking lot. But it as drizzling frozen rain . It would be nice if they could contract with the Moolah garage next door.

The staff were excellent and handled a couple issues promptly. Very roomy place and bed was comfortable. Full kitchen with dining table was nice. Good remodeling on an old historic building.

The location was safe and near the university but it wasn’t close to any good restaurants. I was walking and only fast food restaurants were nearby. The bathroom fan made a very loud noise and WiFi wasn’t working but staff addressed these issues the next day. I think the price was a little bit steep considering the area. I think you are paying for a little more space than a typical hotel room.

Liked the layout as a suite. Like the close location to my work meetings.

Bed was noisy and very soft. Not enough dishes for two people. Took three tries before our payment went through, and so had to spend money on out-of-country roaming charges to sort things out.

Neat building, close to everything.

A bit confusing instructions how to access the room (letter I vs number 1), hard to find the right room. Forced security deposit.

It's in a great location. I enjoyed my stay very much. Cute little studio and was perfectly clean. I am actually planning on staying here in a few months when I have to come back.

The host was completely absent despite advertising themselves as being available over the phone. They did not respond to any text or phone messages, including a message about the washing machine not working.

Always very clean with quaint rooms and good location. I will definitely consider staying there again.

In hindsight, I probably could have used another blanket. I suspect it would have been made available for me.

Location was great, close to everything we wanted to do. Quiet environment and comfortable.

The parking, however not a deal breaker.
