White House at Grand Central & Washington Blvd

Excellent location for visiting St Louis University. Checking in late at night was annoying, because there was no one in person and I had to fill out forms over the Internet on my phone. Free parking is nice but it was a longer walk than I expected (12 minutes)

It was fine. The building is old and the back stairway really needs to be painted or cleaned. Very poor lighting in the bathroom. The apt was comfortable and a great location right near St Louis University

Clean and Quite neigborhood

The size was perfect. The bed was amazing. Could have used a better bathroom. Location was great.

Could have used a better bathroom. Had to squat to see in the mirror and wash hair in the shower. No elevator was a huge. A walking map and a guest check-in each day would have been nice. Did not see a single staff member while there.

The thermostat was non-functional. When I contacted the property manager, they stated I could use the remote. There was no remote. It was a horrible experience. The fan switches were chains that had been shortened forcing you to Stan on the bed to adjust the speed and light. This would not be an easy thing to do for seniors. There are nails in the walls with no purpose. The bath towels were worn out and bleached. The bedding was soaking in dryer sheet fragrance and or detergent that never washed out leaving it almost impossible to use. The vents are caked with dust. There is a mirror in the corner that serves no purpose. The lighting is horrible with only a nightstand light and the fan light. The irony is that they refer to themselves as 5 stars. Far from it.

The parking was ten minutes away. I tried to cancel immediately when I found out but they insisted on charging me for one night
