The breakfast was not what I expected.

The bathrooms hit water system was not working properly

The stuff was welcoming specially that’s lady grace was amazing really she helped us too much she make us feeling at our home and she speaks English well really thanks Grace so much definitely we will return back

Friendly staff and good location

This place has nice views, but it’s not suitable for living. The villas are as low-standard as B&Bs! The bed is 1 meter wide, which is so narrow that I’m not used to sleeping on it; the sponge is so soft that it falls down as soon as I press it, which makes my back hurt when I sleep; the balcony door does not block light and is not soundproofed. The lights on the hotel wall outside the balcony flicker, and motorcycles pass by on the road from time to time. It was buzzing until late at night; there were drink vendors on the rooftop terrace, and there was the sound of tables being pulled in the middle of the night; there was no elevator in the hotel, so everyone was walking up the stairs, and there were still sounds. The sound of motorcycles started again early in the morning;

The hotel's location: it is a stone throw from the shores of lake Kivu. We enjoyed the great view of the Lake from our room balcony as well as from the sitting space at the rooftop. The staff were friendly. We liked the breakfast buffet. The room we stayed in was spacious and the bed comfortable. From the hotel, we could walk for less than 5 minutes to get to several touristic attractions of Gisenyi (boat ride on Lake Kivu, some bars and a market area).

The room we stayed in's intercom didn't work during our stay, so we had to use the stairs to contact the reception.
