"Superb"

We really enjoyed our time here. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to assist guests. We loved the location although it is not right in Gisenyi as we had a rental car to move about. The breakfasts were amazing and extremely filling! Would definitely recommend this resort!

1. Neat room and Comfortable bed, 2. Towels was spotless clean 3. Rooftop view to lake Kivu

Nothing in my second visit. But during my first visit on 16th March, the room looked old and the bed wasn't comfortable

"Wonderful find near Gisenyi"

Everything at this hotel was very good! Great friendly staff who were happy to help with anything. Beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with amazing views. Bedrooms were very spacious with balconies. We would stay here again.

No lifts in the hotel so people with mobility difficulties would struggle. The town of Gisenyi is 6/7km away but we didn’t mind this as the views were amazing.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The location is fantastic. The food was nice. I would stay again.

There is no elevator/ lift so some of my family members could not get up the stairs.

Staff + balcony view 🙂

TV channels not working, although we never had much time to use it as we were always out plus we didn't bother asking staff to try to fix it either maybe it could've been easily fixed had we asked
