"Perfect cosy stay, would definitely recommend to others travelling to the area."

Room was cosy, clean and comfortable. Good sized bed and room for our sons travel cot. Great facilities - loved the good amount of options of streaming services to watch on tv (especially for our young child). Price very reasonable for quality. Lovely cosy pub with great food and welcoming staff. Breakfast was delicious, coffee very good. Perfect location from Paultons Park.

"A good break in a lovely building . A few things need attention."

Breakfasts were very good. Nearness to river walk. It being only 12 room hotel. Small patio adjoining room. Being on a ground floor.

We paid for a dog and got no facilities like a dog bed or bowl which were advertised. There was a definite sewage smell which was worse at times if the wind direction changed. On investigation it was bad where you leave the walkway to take the path to the river. Was it a Ceptic tank overflow ? Access to the nature reserve which again was advertised. No staff could help with how we could get there. We tried ourselves and found nowhere to park.

The only issue was the landing going to the upper rooms it was red hot and no air blowing through but apart from that I would highly recommend it the staff where fantastic and the food for gluten free was very good and great choice thank you all.
