Good selection, high quality product

Air conditioning or at least a fan would have been welcome

Staff were lovely, food was delicious room very comfortable

The noise. You can hear rooms next door and cleaners early in the morning

The PVC door leading to the guest rooms is hard work to unlock,

The premise was in a lovely location and suited our needs. We dined in the Restaurant and had a lovely meal, with an attentive and pleasant staff. It was a full house, which speaks well for its position with the locals.

Satisfactory all round for us. Was well sited for our attendance at an early morning funeral at the Test Valley Crematorium. The premise is right next to the River Test and has wellingtons for guests to take a wander along the banks. Plenty of parking space. Keep an eye on the opening hours for drinking and dining.

It was beautifully decorated, the rooms were a good size and couldn’t hear any noise from the restaurant/pub at all. The breakfasts and meal we had were lovely.

Nothing nit to like really all the meals were expensive they were very nice

Clean with nice staff

Seemed to be a little economical with the heat. It could have done with being a couple of degrees warmer. Having said that it was -1°C outside
