הדירה יפה, מרוהטת נקייה. קרובה למרכז העיר הליכה של 10 דקות. קרבה לסופר. מאובזרת ומצויידת הייטב , הכנו ארוחת ערב מעולה בדירה היה מושלם.

הטלויזיה קצת עושה בעיות, התעייפה.

The people at the office were so nice. We unfortunately lost the key on our first day and they couldn‘t have been nicer in arranging the new key for us. Would come back any time.

Liked the AC, beds, layout and balconies

One of the bathroom layouts didn’t make sense and the walls are pretty thin, you can hear the neighbors and also people didn’t respect the quiet hours.

Nice facilities. Two bed rooms with two toilets and showers. Plenty of dishes and easy to cook.

Nothing

Both apartments we rented were spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It seemed like ithey would have been comfortable if we had stayed. Getting the keys was easy enough with the lockbox outside of the apartment doors.

We rented two apartments. One was on the 1st floor and the other was on the 3rd floor. The microwave was filthy on the inside of the 3rd floor apartment (sent photos to host). There was also two bugs of some sort I saw on the counter in this apartment as well but they ran into the dishwasher before I could get a photo of them. In the 1st floor apartment, there was laundry inside of the machine. We removed our shoes when we arrived in both apartments and within 5 minutes, the bottoms of our white socks were black (sent photos to host). It was very apparent cleaning was not their strong suit and skeeved us completely out. But more than any of that, the neighborhood was not safe to our standard. There was so much loose trash all over the streets, loitering outside of the apartment with some people smoking marijuana on the sidewalk outside of the attached bar which is directly at the entrance of this building. Our driver even told us when we leave the apartment, not to walk out and to the left because that was not a good place to be, only go to the right. UGH. Our kids verbalized not feeling safe and we were uncomfortable too so we made a decision to leave after being there for roughly 1 hour. So, at 9pm we had to scramble to find accommodations for 7 people. When I messaged the host and told them what I have stated here, sent them photos, and asked for a refund, I was told no. No because I didn't give them a chance to rectify dirty apartments at 9pm. No because Lisbon is safe everywhere they said. NO IT IS NOT. We witnessed LOTS of drug use on the streets of the Martim Moniz neighborhood (Google it!!) which these apartments boarder. Many homeless people approaching people and watching every move you make casing you to see if they want to rob you. We had no idea or we never would have booked this in the first place. So I am sorry, but they need to issue us a refund for misrepresentation and very unclean apartments.

Conforto do sofá cama

Apartamento súper amplio y cómodo. Está súper céntrico de todo y fácil de llegar, lo recomiendo mucho y seguramente vuelva a lisboa y me hospede de nuevo ahí !
