Buena opción si quieres economizar en estadía y evitar llegar a un hostal. Está bien ubicado cerca del centro y hay muchas cosas alrededor que evitarán que gasten más en transportes. Soriana a 5min. Malecón 20 min caminando. El hotel es rústico, pero no por eso tiene que estar relacionado con la suciedad. La toalla de mi habitación tenía manchas de suciedad. Y el piso del balcón estaba lleno de deshechos de palomas. Claramente no eran las fotos que utilizaron en la página

La recepción fue buena con personal amable. Solo que la habitación daba a una avenida muy transitada y se escuchaban los ruidos de los camiones, carros y motocicletas muy fuertes. Para descansar en esa habitación no se pudo.

El hotel de entrada (llegue por la noche) tiene una vista acogedora apresar de que está en remodelación punto importante arncionar (por qué no se escuchó ningún ruido) no de día ni de noche, el personal muy atentos y amables (felicidades y gracias por sus atenciones al Sr. De la recepción del turno por la noche, exelente servicio), el cuarto minimalista pero comodo, camas cómodas y limpias, agua caliente, el frigobar no funciona pero en mi caso no fué necesario, servicio de café (solo café) en el lobby, la alberca limpia y apresar de tener horario a mi mamy y a mi no nos limitaron ( era agradable regresar del recorrido y relajarte en ella (gracias por esa atención-cortecia) apresar de no contar con restaurante (está en remodelación) muy Serca había lugar para los alimentos (atención de sugerencias por el personal) lo recomendaría SI definitivamente.

This is a good hotel if you need a hostel or traveling with large groups type situation in a very good location in Versalles. Tons of great dining close by and very walkable. Rooms are very large, and equipped with min fridges & min splits. If you are noise sensitive, this place might not be for you as you can hear everything in the next room. My bathroom was also not in great condition, that was a bit of a downer but the hotel is dog friendly, staff is great and the price and location couldn't be beat! Gracias!

la pasamos muy bien en el hotel es un hotel con habitaciones cómodas y me gustó el trato del personal muy bueno nos pareció las instalaciones buenas acogedoras disfrutamos loo o de la alberca Por hacer otras actividades pero yo no tengo acogedor y bueno para descansar

Si bien las instalaciones están un poco descuidadas y el wi-fi falla en la habitación, el servicio por parte del personal es excelente. Son atentos y muy amables con cualquier petición que uno tenga. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas y es una muy buena opción para vacacionar; tiene las 3 B. Es por el personal que le doy 4 estrellas.

El edificio estaba inhabitable yo me salí del hotel la primera noche que llegue a las 11 de la noche porque los colchones tenían animalitos no podía dormir lo desocupe esa misma noche y había rentado dos habitaciones no servía el elevador estan en Construccion ese hotel es inhabitable no se porque se ponen a promover algo que no sirve .

Before i tell a little story, ill start by saying BED SHEETS HAD STAINS BED SHEETS HAD LARGE HOLES MATTRESS HAD HOLE WITH THE SPRING STICKING OUT OF IT BATH TOWELS, STAINED AND RIPPED GLASS DOOR BROKEN INTO 3 PIECES RUDE FRONT DESK Unfortunately our trip was delayed back home and couldn't stay in our original hotel the next few nights. Online we had a very hard time finding a place available on such short notice. Thank god travel places got into place sooner then later and we were able to leave but even if they didnt, you couldnt pay me to stay here. We walked by and decided to see if they had any availability, it was no Sherton resort but the lobby were clean and unique. When they said they had a room, i asked to look at it first and must be i went in with my eyes shut! Along with the lobby, the hallways were also clean, and very unique. it was cute, the end. We needed a place quick and without many options i just wanted something that was not $300 a night and was clean, i dont need much for a hotel room.This hotel was VERY DECEIVING. I thought to myself, its clean, its good enough for a few nights. We paid for our nights and went to our room, i thought then it could be such a cute place and would be even better with a little TLC...well it was beyond TLC. Blood stain and yellow stains on sheets then i pulled off the comforter..also had a tear in the sheet that was about 4 inches around, the bath towels were repulsive, they looked about 30 years old and had been used as "rags" for the past 5 years, rips and stains. One curtain panel was closed when we looked at the room and it was fine, when i pulled the other one shut it had a massive yellow stain on it...had to be a bad stain to see yellow on dark blue curtains. The glass had been shattered and poorly and dangerously "repaired". I sat on the bed and not only was it worn out and could feel every spring..there was actually a spring sticking right out of the mattress. When we spoke to the lady at the front desk and told her our travel plans have changed and we needed to check out, i asked for a refund for the 3 nights we had paid for, she kept saying no. No matter what we said, shed say no and walk away from us with a smile on her face. After arguing and telling her how i wouldn't have stayed anything because of all the issues with the rooms she said i had to wait 3 hours for a refund. I stayed at the front desk as she was trying to ignore us, 5 minutes later someone else showed up behind the desk and gave us our money but rolled her eyes at us. What a shame. I will truly say this hotel could be something special and unique but thats if they had a new staff, new furniture, and actually cleaned the place, so unlikely. I will say the gentleman at the entrance and helped with our bags was very nice,hes the only one who seemed to do his job at all.
