Desayuno normal , nada extraordinario. La ubicación es buena pero no tiene acceso directo al riverwalk.

Kenosha was great. She and her colleagues were fast and courteous

Our first stay was disappointing. It took an excessive amount of time to retrieve our vehicle in the morning, and the valet staff incorrectly blamed the delay on a payment issue, despite having the correct payment information on file. Our second stay, however, was completely different thanks to Keneshia. She was professional, kind, efficient, and truly took ownership of making sure everything was handled properly. Her customer service was exceptional and made the experience seamless from start to finish. Keneshia is a tremendous asset to your team. Give her a raise and put her in charge! Thank you, Keneshia, for turning our experience around.

My experience here was ok, the only thing i loved was the breakfast super amazing great staff. Seth was wonderful made sure everything was well stocked had a friendly attitude. The only thing i noticed was management was being alittle confrontational towards the employees. Jessica directions towards them was negative she at one point was yelling at another attendant across the room to do something while that attendant was helping a guest. Another thing i noticed was a man in a suit name Micheal was being aggressive towards one of the attendants. Other than that the breakfast was great thank you element for a great stay overall!
