Hotel Smart Cruise

A++ location

Just a short taxi/uber from the hotel to the main cruise terminal, it would be possible to walk instead but l wouldn’t advise it. We stayed 2 nights to see the town and have a day in Rome prior to catching our Princess cruise. The local town was a good option, plenty of restaurants to choose from, lots of options to sit outside with a coffee, and areas to walk around. There is a rail station with trains to Rome which were quite cheap. Our room was good, no complaints, we needed to use our cellphone for access around the hotel with a barcode, it is often un-manned. It does not have a restaurant.

This is a boutique hotel. Extremely friendly stuff. Nearby was here.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and especially the shower were very large for the room. I enjoyed the stay.

I realize with only 10 rooms that the facility has its limitations, but it would’ve been nice to have some type of a continental breakfast. There were some cookies and danish available, but I was looking for something more, like toast or bagels or croissants.

Very friendly service. Exceptional cleanliness!

Breakfast was lacklustre.

Location great for boarding cruise ships. Reception staff very helpful.
