Hotel Hacienda Valentina is a charming property with beautiful grounds featuring a pool and various interesting spaces to explore. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with air conditioning and spacious antique closets. While some minor details could be improved, the overall stay experience is very pleasant, you can enjoy reading a book in the garden. Location-wise, having a car is recommended as most attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are about 10 minutes away by car. There are malls and various dining options within easy driving distance.

What a wonderful gem. We stayed at the hotel for a few nights over the December holiday. The hosts are wonderful. The swimming pool area is terrific and the outdoor kitchen conducive to cutting down on restaurant bills. Though we did realize, when planning on staying in places that offer cooking facilities, that it is better to bring a few of your own favorite cooking utensils i.e. frying pan, pot, etc. We feared a raucous New Years Eve celebration around the pool but instead we only had to put up with loud music from the security guard to teh privada. This was almost bearable with earplugs so we almost got enough sleep to leave early New Years Day for our return trip home.

I would have loved some kind of desk in my room to work (but the owners always let me work at the desk by the pool which was very close to the modem). I would have preferred if the security guard to the privada didn't have loud musing all night during New Year's Eve.

The entire place is very tastefully decorated. Great pool and large room. The ambience is great. Location is inside a gated community so needs to get past the Spanish-only guard and park right in front of the gate.

The overall hygiene management could be made more professional. The bathroom smells after a night and needs better ventilation. I got bitten by so many mosquitoes. The linen also feels like they're washed by home washers instead of powerful industrial ones. Water pressure in the faucet is very low.

This was a very cozy and welcoming place. The pool is very clean and comfortable it was literally just us 2 at that time. The garden is beautiful and great beautiful place to sit and relax the cave w/a little natural water pozo was amazing also has a lil chapel you can alway rent for a special occasion it only has 12 rooms private front parking space is an awesome gem 💎 in the middle of Cancun & Tulum very close to Playa del Carmen ❤️

Mm It will be good to have a coffee machine 🫶🏼 but it was ok too went to eat good breakfast closed by.

The pool was was one and I liked the outside , it was full of history. People were so nice.

The room had a mold smell, it was really clean though.
