"Disappointing"

Well equipped, comfy bed and sofa, good TV, hot shower. Ideal location, nice hotel bar and restaurant next door.

Loo seat loose, shower head holder broken, heated towel rail not attached properly, blind in bedroom broken and fell down if adjusted, very dirty under sofa and sideboard. Bedroom very cramped with no storage for clothes, tiny "wardrobe" in lounge.

"Best place to stay in Sunderland."

Second time staying here and we loved it again. Good location not too far from centre. Quiet and cosy. Had an issue with parking which was resolved straight away thanks to Ryan’s quick response.
