Auténtico Vertical Playa del Carmen

Lovely concierge. Full marks for the greeting, nice decor, crap pool. Building works surrounding the hotel. Had to commute for a pleasant environment.

It’s a lovely hotel but if you get a room facing the street, it’s very difficult to sleep. The noise is loud and unpredictable, and the exterior lights are very bright. Very fortunately I had a pair of earplugs with me, which is something the hotel might consider providing for people in the street facing rooms.

Quirky, arty boutique hotel with staff that goes the extra mile. Amazing rooftop to work from and cleaning ladies are the best. Loved the comfortable bed. Loved everything in this little gem of a hotel. Very well situated, close to restaurants, beach and shops.

It’s rare I rate any hotel, but this property is the exception Staff was awesome, great location and amenities were perfect

Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly. Especially Fernando. Thanks a lot for all the help. The place is super clean, bed very comfortable and sheets, towels and pillows very clean! They were changed every day. Very good location. Close to everything!

Our stay at Autentico was exceptional. The location of the place is very convenient if you're wanting to walk over to the beach or different restaurants nearby. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well kept. The shower had a really nice water pressure as well! which is sometimes difficult to find in the area. The main thing though was the warmth of the staff. Since the beginning of our stay they made us feel very well taken care of. Thank you to Cesar, Matias, Jorge and everyone that is part of the team.

We recently stayed at this place and our stay was quite comfortable and pleasant. The facilities are recent and very attractive, but above all the attention of the staff, from security, front desk and housekeeper very attentive and friendly. We will definitely come back.
