Auténtico Vertical Playa del Carmen

The place was great for what I needed. Could walk to beach and grocery store, right by 5th Ave for restaurants etc. There was a lot of street noise, it's a busy area.

Excellent location, great property, good amenities, good service.

Definitely will stay again.. Great customer service and place is really nice and unique.

I chose this hotel after being subjected to the worst hotel on this site - the silver sands boutique hotel. The difference was night & day. Hotel was amazingly clean and had fresh aromas thru out the day. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Excellent location as well.

We were so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Not only was the staff super accommodating but our suite was absolutely incredible!! The rainfall showerhead was to die for, and the bed was very comfy. They have a chrome cast in the room, so it’s very easy to watch whatever you want if you opt for a night in. The walkable restaurants were delicious, and there was a street taco shop right around the corner that stayed open til 3/4 AM. When we return to Playa, we will certainly stay here again!

This was a perfect getaway! The property was close to everything and the staff was professional specially Michael at the front desk! We will stay here again!

This is very well designed Hotel it has everithing in Miniature. And Service is Exelent. The housekeepers are superb.. Make you feel right at home. Will dwfinatly stay again. Thank you all for the service.

It was perfect for our needs. Felt completely safe as mother and daughter travelling alone. Great location. Staff was lovely. Reasoable price.
