City Inn

The moving out time was flexible, the location was good too. I wanted to be in that area as my friends stayed there too.

There was no hot water at all for both days (31-1) of my stay. I messaged a manager about it on the number I was told and there is no response until now. I had to take a freezing cold shower twice and got a bit ill as a result. The room wasn’t super clean either, under the sink space was quite dirty.

Excellent location

Our checkin was good. Agent arrived just as we exited our taxi. Having an elevator in an older building was a plus. The room was clean , quiet but quite spartan on amenities. Someone had forgotten to turn up the water heater so cool shower our first night, but a quick response to my call the next morning. Great coffee and breakfast spot right across the street.

Room is clean but small.no on-site reception and the phone number they provided is unreachable. So everything is by your own. Neighbour hood is in the old city and too much tourists walking around.

Nous avons obtenu exactement ce qui avait été promis. C'est petit mais très très propre. Tout est à distance de marche. Notre demande (clé supplémentaire) a été rapidement répondu. Merci

Difficult to find at night and very small room.

The location was perfect. The room is small but perfect for 2 persons. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. We were feeling very safe. The A/C and wifi were working well. We could leave our luggage at 10AM which really helped us. Would 100% go again.

Sharok and his team were amazing. I had stayed Previously and when my flight travel plans were disrupted they fit me in. The rooms are clean and central to what I wanted to visit.

Property was centrally located to all we wanted to see in Lisboa. Extremely clean. Saku was friendly and gave good suggestions.
