GBThe location was stunning. The staff were lovely, fabulous breakfast.
The shower was a bit of a let down, but only a small point.

The bed was a bit too small and the bathroom wasn’t in the room it was downstairs. There was a mix up with our room, The 3rd party booking company hadn’t pasted the change of room to the hotel. It was quickly resolved by reception but not to the room I had booked.The menu in the restaurant was quite limited if you didn’t eat fish or garlic.

GBWe stayed in the House approx 1 mile from the hotel itself but the staff were very welcoming and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely rooms, full breakfast (continental & hot) and fantastic views from lounge over mountains and loch. Concierge service for evening dinner service was provided so we could all have a drink and not worry.

GBWe stayed in Kylesku House and the location is fantastic. The staff there from New Zealand were really kind and attentive. We had such a great stay.
There was one male member of staff at the Kylesku hotel who was really rude.
