Southern Nights Motel

I stop here every time I go down to Texas, always a good place to stay.

Simple and comfortable with easy access to anything needed.

Simple and clean room. Comfortable bed and quiet. Easy access to town and to where we were visiting.

Best pillows i ever had staying while staying at a motel.. really quiet , ac worked really fine, bed was comfortable.. no negative issues at all

There aren't many options in Waldron, and this was the highest-rated. No complaints really, just a reminder that this is an older motel, so match your expectations to it. Nothing felt dirty, but there was definitely peeling wallpaper and bubbling paint on the toilet seat. Also, the bed frames are made of metal and make a loud "ding" as you shift on the mattress.

Not a smoke free property; no shampoo/conditioner, just a bar of soap. staff were pleasant.
