Seems to be a good place to stay, quite a few contractors there, a good sign of a good place to stay.

All things considered, all was good with the exception that you can hear people clearly talking from rooms above you. That said you should bring earplugs to get good nights sleep.

For older property it’s well maintained and clean.

The metal bed frames were noisy.

Bed was old and you could feel the springs jabbing you. Left with back and neck pain.

Not a lot of choices in Waldron but nice

Clean and quiet place, hot showers, location and rooms felt safe, office manager was nice and gave deposit back quickly. Vanity lighting was bright. This place was better than some 4 stars I’ve been too. would stay again.

our bathroom door was a little messed up only thing id recommend is go around doing little maintenance things but other than that great!
