Southern Nights Motel

Very simple, modest motel, but it was clean. The couple who own/manage the property are very nice. AC is a bit noisy and the shower nozzle was difficult to use but the bed was clean and comfortable. Room included wifi, flat screen, mini fridge, and microwave. Mini fridge was unplugged so you'll have to give it to cool. McDonald's and a convenience store are located directly in front of the motel (very short walking distance) so you can hop over for some morning coffee.

I thought I had made arrangements with another motel in town only to find out there was a miscommunication. So I frantically called Southern Nights to see if I could check in right away (at 9am on a Saturday no less). The woman was so sweet, told me to come right to the office to discuss. Despite allowing pets, the room was incredibly clean. I ended up with a double, but everything in it was nice. I was very satisfied.

This is a good value. We've stayed at less motels and paid more money. This is a great hotel. The room was very clean. The owners beautiful people. They took my handicap in mind and got me a great room. I will come back again and again. We were very happy.

We'll probably the best in waldron but extremely basic. It was clean thats about it. Towels are old and very thin. Badly need new towels. Shower control is hard to work. Its a place to sleep but if your looking for better then dont stay in waldron.
