Love the sevice, the staff here is real great, well-trained and super friend. The breakfast is quite good. The best location, right on city center, lots of street food and convenience to get around. Would come back anytime in Khon Khean

I had the opportunity to stay at Ad lib hotel on my birthday, and it was a truly memorable experience. The hotel thoughtfully prepared a lovely birthday surprise on the bed, along with a cake and a heartfelt birthday card. Upon check-in, K. Parkpoom (Front Office Manager) provided a warm welcome, gave me detailed information about the hotel, and personally escorted to the room. The service throughout my stay was exceptional and all staff were friendly and attentive, especially K. Oum (Duty Manager), who was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. The swimming pool and fitness center offer a beautiful panoramic view of Khon Kaen city, which made my stay more special. Thank you to the team for making my birthday getaway so smooth, relaxing, and unforgettable.

Great for families and couples. We stayed at Pullman, because we always have before, but when we tried Ad Lib, we were convinced that this hotel will be our future stay when we do come back every year. Staff was great, especially Phettip “pingping” she was very helpful in showing us the layout and informing us of the different floors. She is a great asset to the hotel. 5-star
