"Kaen ground Cafe"

I came to try the coffee and cake here, and it was amazing. The staff-Tan and Namtip were very helpful in recommending the cakes, and you can also go up to the top floor to enjoy a great view of Khon Kaen city. And for cake you must try fruit cake 🍰🍰🍰

The hotel's design was very well thought out, easily top the list of hotels in Thailand. Hotel was greatly complimented by the service and food provided from the Italian and Grill restaurants which I highly recommend. Thank you Kawfang and Ploy whom welcomed us so friendly and even tour us around the hotel and to our room. Would like to specially thank Gift for the service provided during our dinner at Fire by the Wood. She was courteous, attentive and professional at all times and it did helped us gain a better impression of the hospitality provided by the hotel.

Crazy lift system. Ground to 27th Floor, then walk through Restaurant to next set of lifts to go down to 23rd Floor. Same for exiting building. Overall “service level” very good. Arrangement of Bed in room has un-necessary base as obsticle.
