Hotel Chocolate Deluxe

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not really close to the center but transportation is provided for a fee. I guess we should have read the room description a bit better as the room we booked did not have AC and was very warm. We were moved to another of their locations and the room had AC and was very spacious. We had a great view of the city at this location. The only thing that I will complain about was that the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. We had a great time in Guanajuato! Very beautiful city!

Price was very affordable and the customer service in person was good ( not over messages). Then room was dirty and it had stains on the bed sheets, we found some clothes in the bathroom and the worst part there’s no A/C. They also try to change my reservation and resell me the same room for a higher price ( because I arrived after their check-in hours)

Todo estuvo bien en la estancia ,solo que en la llegada en la noche el acceso a la habitación estaba muy oscuro

Lindo, pero no está muy cerca del centro y te hacen caminar de un hotel a otro para ir por tu carro al estacionamiento.

Muy bonita vista, el personal atento. Solo que los servicios no eran los adecuados y atención en el restaurante

No hay clima

Great value for money, fantastic view of the city from the property and from the rooms. Short walk down the hill into the city centre. Parts of the property seemed a little tired, however for the value this wasn’t an issue.

Los hoteles están separados y es complicado porque el auto lo dejas en un lado y debes trasladar todo a pie, y el otro tema es el restaurante solo uno tiene y de igual forma para tener alimentos hay que ir a pie, o igual que tuvieran servicio a la habitación
