La dirección que dan es un callejón donde llegas y no hay recepción ni nada que indique que estás en el hotel, y cuando hablas al número telefónico nadie te contesta, hice como 8 llamadas hasta que alguien me contestó a quien le di mi ubicación y espere ahí como 10 minutos sin que nadie apareciera, hasta que mejor me fui a rentar otro hotel,

Ambiente tranquilo, agradable y muy bonita la habitación, personal muy cordiañ ynaupwr atento, me agrado la cortesia diaria de agua y servicio de cafetera y sus consumibles gratuitos en la.habitacion

It was clean, spacious, the view was great and staff was helpful.

I thought I booked a room w/a real balcony but it was tiny. Breakfast at their hotel next door was terrible. Place was hard for taxi to find. Do not book here unless you either can walk up super steep road or will take a taxi up from the city. And was very expensive for the overall quality (was Semana Santa so prices hiked up). Overall we managed but be aware this is not a typical hotel at all.

Highly recommend it *5*, might not be a fancy big chain worldwide known hotel... but what makes it special and unique is the "Staff" from the Ladies at the front desk to the housekeeping lady and the drivers that transport you for free from and to the hotel to downtown up to 4 times a day, Really nice people. Also, they offer free breakfast! Definitely coming back on the next trip.

Where can i start. We got lost finding the hotel as gps is tricky after calling hotel Jackie send over her driver Antonio to where we were at and guided us to the hotel. Location is good once you get the hang of it. Just remmeber to always go by Panoramic rd. Walk to the center was about 10min. parking is at their location right newct door thats were you park but its 1min walk not bad. Sayra at check in provided excellent customer service and kept it professional when we were having issues witht the reservation system. Rooms spacious, balcony. Fridge in room w drinks, price menu making it convenient for the guest.

this is a house not a hotel. The house is nice and had good views.

The rooms lack of a safe. They don’t have a phone to call the reception. The TV did not worked they fix it the next day while you are trying to get ready. The only have two towels and the one for like a mat. The showers drain was clogged and the water wetted all the stuff we had on the floor. They have no toilet paper,The doors to the hallway have no seals, so it bounces all night with the air making noise through out the night. The pillows are so big you can’t get comfortable and they don’t have other pillows. The complementary breakfast is in another location and bad and slow service. Alma at the front office is no help. She is rude and unattentive. she failed to call our taxi and we missed our transportation to the airport.

Lo que mas me gusto es las habitaciones, bar, vistas pero lo mejor es el increíble servicio de toda la gente que colabora en esta empresa. Increíblemente amables, si menciono a alguien seria injusto con los demás. Pero en verdad que tienen un servicio increíble, felicidades.
