Hotel Chocolate Deluxe

Tomamos este hotel porque la habitación tenía Jacuzzi, pero la presión del agua era muy poca, tardo más de una hora en llenarse. El hotel Deluxe no está muy accesible ya que los taxis no entran al callejón y el desayuno lo sirven en el hotel chocolate de aún lado, lo cual sí debes de caminar, salir a la calle e ir al otro hotel que está saliendo del callejón. En cuestión de limpieza y servicio todo bien.

Room and staff were lovely

Jacuzzi didn't work, water pressure was dismal.. that was disappointing. We paid a lot more for a "lux" experience but it didn't feel lux so that was sad. Don't make guests pay more then expect us to park at the lesser expensive place and lug bags up a hill and not have the bath work properly! Freezing cold or boiling hot water in the shower made for an unhappy definitely un-luxury experience!

Property is clean and very nice with a great view of the city below. Staff is helpful and friendly. You have to walk about 325 meters to sister property for breakfast. Rooms don't have heat or air conditioning.

The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room had an amazing view of Guanajuato. They have parking. It's a little hike down to the center of town and they offer shuttle service at a small cost up and down too.. We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Definitely will book there again.

후기를 잘 남기지 않는데 특히 한국분들을 위해 한글으로 남깁니다. 고급 호텔은 아니지만 고급 호텔 이상의 만족도를 느낄 수 있었습니다. 저는 과달라하라에서 저렴한 숙소에 묵었다가 너무 불만족스러워서 메리엇계열 스위트룸으로 방을 옮겼던 후에 과나후아토로 온 것이어서 조금 더 까다롭게 살펴봤다고 보셔도 좋습니다. 호텔 구석구석 관리를 열심히 하는 흔적이 느껴지고 인테리어도 성심성의껏 해두어서 멕시코의 정취를 느끼기 좋습니다. 많은 후기들에서 볼 수 있듯 일하시는 분들이 하나같이 다 친절하세요. 호텔내에서뿐만 아니라 호텔 밖에서 일어나는 일까지도 연락하면 언어가 안되면 번역기 돌려가면서라도 어떻게든 해결해주시니 편한 마음으로 가셔도 될 것 같습니다. 직원분들끼리도 워낙 친밀해보여서 가족인줄 알았는데 가족처럼 편하게 지내시는 것이었더라고요ㅎㅎ 숙소가 센트로에서 거리가 조금은 있지만 호텔에서 유료셔틀도 운행하고 낮에는 걷기에도 충분히 괜찮아서 가격을 고려하면 충분히 매력적인 숙소입니다.
