Property comfortable & nice location

We were staying here whilst carrying out a commissioning locally. Definitely not enough baking/cooking trays to enable us to cook proper meals. The stair carpet is loose in one place and the wifi is dreadful

Price was brilliant for a group stay and I liked the quieter location outside of the town centre so it was good fit actually getting some sleep.

Not the cleanest place I've stayed in and showers, while functioning fine, could use some repair.

Beautiful modern property in a great location

Very quiet, in a city centre location only 10 mins away from the centre by car. The property was clean, toiletries were available along with clean sheets and towels and very warm inside. The only issues were: - the smoke alarm kept going off on the first floor landing but we spoke with the host who told us to press on it which we did and it stopped until the next morning when it would go off again and we had to repress it. - we wanted to eat it and there were no trays available that would fit in the oven so we ended up buying a tray that would fit - a few defects around the house that are an easy fix: broken flush pad to ground floor wc; broken handle & lock to living room door; chipped access panel to first floor bathtub; wobbly benches in living room. No criticism to the host, they were very responsive when we messaged at 12.30am regarding the alarm and later on when we couldn’t connect to the internet. They responded straight away and solved the issue which was fantastic ☺️

I would like to say the last we spoke with on the phone was very helpful throughout and always extremely polite. We will definitely be staying here again due to the staff been so friendly and helpful. Thanks again.
