Beds were comfy

- damage to property- main table was highly damaged with it falling out of the framework, outdoor furniture was extremely damaged too with the backs of the chairs not being present. Tiles and parts of some areas were damaged or not there - leftover takeaway from previous tenants left in the fridge- had no bin bags to put it in. - lack of mirrors- only had two mirrors in the whole property, one small one in one bathroom and another in the porch. Should really be one in every bathroom - lack of basic necessities- no bin bags were in the bins and none were available in the cupboard to use, no dishwasher and washing powder available to use for the machines, not enough - bedsheets on the sofa bed were not on or available

The property was in appalling condition when we arrived. There were many breakages, tv, lamp, toilet seat broke in two, kitchen tap broken, stain all over the carpet and walls, spilled drinks everywhere, broken rails, bare wires hanging and even cannibis left in the bedside cabinet and blood splashes on the windows. We tried to contact the hosts on the number given as soon as we arrived and for the next 5 hrs but there was no answer, left messages ang got no reply, nor to an email. We managed to find alternative accommodation the following day. Made contact with the company/host the next day to explain why we had left and was told if we had contacted them they would have given alternative accommodation, explained thet nobody was answering calls. I am in the process of trying to get a refund.

Property is in a nice area, the property itself is lovely , nice and spacious. Very modern and has plenty of room, has wifi and a large tv which was perfect. myself and the others loved its a gated off area

Unfortunately we only found 3 mugs inside the property to use for hot drinks, could have done with some more for the amount of people as the property does sleep 8, we managed for our short stay

Lovely cottage, very quiet and nice area. Clean and tidy, everything you need is available. Even had teabags, shampoo and conditioner, shower gel was lovely. Bed comfortable and nice space outdoors for cozy summer nights. Staff were super friendly, very helpful even when we were a wee bit late running in checking out. Lovely kitchen and communal space.

Could have done with some kitchen towels, tea towels, a basic hairdryer would have been helpful too, but not a complaint just an observation.
