Excellent modern accommodation for a large family very clean and well equipped right in centre of Blackpool

Nothing to dislike about property

Property was lovely and clean. There was little added touches including bath towels, shampoo and condition. You don't usually get these things in self catering only usually hotels so it was a nice touch. It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable too!

We worried we would be too loud as it is difficult when there is a group of 8 girls! But understand the reasoning due to neighbours.

Not very clean, ants in the kitchen, mattresses could be better quality, lack of drawers in bedrooms, windows in front bedroom let lots of noise in

Apartments were stunning, amazing location, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and would definitely use again

Location to venue we needed was perfect. Lovely decor in the rooms felt very relaxing.

Cold upon arrival, however it was a very windy day and setting for heatings may have been slightly altered by previous guests and was solvable by us! Perhaps could benefit from an extra chair or beanbag in main lounge area so we could all watch TV comfortably together.

Really clean modern space with plenty of room. As we stayed just before Xmas - the Christmas tree in the living space was a great touch giving a homely feel.

If there would be anything I’d change it’d be the mattress we slept on but that’s down to personal preference, not an issue.

The Callie itself is a good location, great space and nice modern decor. It is in need of a little TLC in places like toilet roll holders hanging off the wall, lock on downstairs bathroom not functional, furniture chipped and shelving not level at all. It could be an amazing property with some TLC! The outdoor area (although winter) needs addressing. We had a comfortable sleep on the second night however the first night we had no functional boiler so it was exceptionally cold. Great communication from hosts however not impressed with being asked to fix the boiler myself and taking hours to get to a resolution so we didn’t have heating until near midnight when kids were desperate to sleep but too cold to do so! Ruined our first night. Heating should be on for arrival to ensure no issues. The house was stone cold.
