Oven very difficult to work and no instructions! Ohh a bottle opener would have been useful! 😉

Convenience of location, spacious, light and airy property.

The front door was a struggle to lock/ unlock at times and had to be careful with footing due to missing tiles on entrance to front door. Not a huge issue as aware in a City parking is challenging, but would’ve been good to have a designated parking space allocated on the street. Perhaps.

Lovely house really clean, warm and comfortable.

The only issue we had was something that was out of the hosts hands.

Heating was off when we arrived but the out of hours chap was very helpful. Beds quite soft but fine for a few nights.

Spotlessly clean, smelt beautiful when we entered, everything you could possibly want.

Beautiful property lots of space

Constant phone calls and texts due to a neighbour complaining about non existent noise. We had children fast asleep in bed for a dance competition early in the morning and the only noise was 3 adults chatting at the dining table. Very disappointing as the property was perfect.

*CAVEAT EMPTOR!* This is a lovely looking, well presented terraced house which is about a 5-10 minutes walk from the Sea-Front. Unfortunately, the floor and cushions were a little dirty and the Garden Area had seen better days, however, this is Blackpool and one doesn’t expect perfection when staying in a rental property. One interesting thing, which we eventually discovered, were the several 'Sound Monitors' dotted throughout the dwelling, which monitor your sound levels throughout the day and night and should you go above the set threshold*, then you will be instantly deducted £72.00 from your original deposit for every occasion this occurs. *Please be aware, if there is more than 2-3 people talking or god-forbid laughing, then the alarm will sound. It was quite obvious, the neighbours in the adjacent properties do not like this being used as a Rental property, which is understandable, however, this should not be at the cost of the holiday-maker/Guests experience & expense. The Terraced House is advertised as sleeping between 8-10 people, however, if you happen to be the unlucky couple who end up sleeping on the Sofa-Bed, then, my only advice would be that the floor is a more appealing and comfier option, or in our case, a threesome in one of the beds. On the whole, our stay in Blackpool was thoroughly enjoyable. Would we stay or recommend this property in the future? Unfortunately, we would not stay here again, however, we would certainly recommend this property to Stuart Little, Remy and friends, as it is only suitable for people who are as 'quiet as a mouse'.

We liked everything wouldn't change I thing it was nice and clean and had everything we needed
