Clean, modern and in a really fantastic area

The amount of focus on noise. We were very grateful to get our deposit back but we were a party of 9 (sleeps 10) therefore there will be some level of noise. Especially on the weekend. There were noise monitors in the building which we only knew once it beeped at the times we asked when the noise complaints were at. It’s a really beautiful place to stay and would recommend for a family but if you want to go here with friends for a celebration I would go elsewhere - there will most likely be much conversation about the level of noise your party has throughout the whole weekend.

The property was great and well situated for The Winter Gardens, it had every thing we needed. Thank you 🙂

The garden could do with some love and it was a bit noisy at times, I slept in the front bedroom and the windows didn’t close properly which didn’t help.

Lovely location, tastefully decorated.had everything we needed.

It had an ant problem inside. We did report it and they got back to us immediately. I know it’s not an immediate resolution but I’m confident they’ll be working on it.

"Great house"

The house was beautiful, it was spacious, light and airy! Had a lovely home from home feel to it. Location was perfect, a short walk to sea front and a wonderful window picture of the tower which looked absolutely gorgeous in the sunset lit up! House clean, beds comfortable. Everything was easy from start to finish, clear payment and instructions regarding the key etc, if any issues arose the staff are very quick and efficient at communicating with you. I would recommend using Sasco and will use again in the future.

Nothing we didn't like, but was a little chilly when we arrived, maybe an hour's heating on before arrival would air it a little.
