"Stay away"

Location

State of room, dirty, mould recently tried to be cleaned off, no towels or toiletries supplied. Rang after hours and got abused verbally and by text. Beds seemed old. Really didn't enjoy stay at all. Would not recommend for other families

"Lack of communication, duty of care to customer ."

Nothing.

Owners were not there. Had to let ourselves in with key from key safe. When we got into the room there was no power. Tried to contact owners via after-hours number. Left a message for them to ring back. Still have not heard from them 3 days later. After An hours wait we had to leave and get another motel room elsewhere.

"Very friendly, relaxed environment close to the hospital and great places to eat."

The friendly staff; the ease of after hours check-in; comfy beds and of course the water pressure is to die for.

It was a tricky connection process to watch Netflix on the TV
